Ladies' Day 2024

The Psi Beta chapter celebrated the amazing and influential Ladies in their lives on April 13th. Gathering at the Graduate Hotel in Iowa City, the Chi Omega’s and their ladies came together for a brunch and ceremony. Continue reading to hear all about their special day. 

Everyone was welcomed at the Graduate Hotel with an exquisite balloon arch and photo backdrop. Surrounding this was a multitude of baskets that were being auctioned off for our Philanthropy, Make-A-Wish. Ranging from simple to lavish items, the baskets were a big hit. Containing items such as haircare, yoga mats, and Hawkeye merchandise, there was something for everyone to take interest in. 

As the ceremony began, guests were welcomed to a delicious brunch provided by the Graduate. Following, there were several speeches that gave insight into our Philanthropy, Parent’s Club, and our chapter as a whole. Everyone teared up as we watched an emotional video about an individual family that was impacted by Make-A-Wish. It was truly touching to see Make-A-Wish influence so many people by just one family. 

Finally, we said goodbye to our seniors as we watched a video that compiled each and every senior giving a message to their Lady. It was emotional, exciting, and heartfelt to hear each and every senior say goodbye, but we know they will be forever cherished by the Psi Beta Chapter.
